Scope of works

London Stadium is commissioning an Architect-led Design Team to develop spatial proposals to create a leisure-led, mixed-use destination on Stadium Island, drawing on an existing feasibility study. The Lead Consultant and their Design Team will work closely with the Commercial Consultant, which LS will appoint separately, to design, test and resolve the Outline Business Case spatially and to support soft market engagement. In parallel, the Lead Consultant and their Design Team will work with LB Newham Planning Authority to shape and agree a joint Spatial Vision for Stadium Island.
