Scope of works
The aim of this exercise is for the Council to gain a better understanding of how the market operates in relation to outdoor sauna provision and to ascertain whether potential opportunities are commercially and operationally viable. Please note that the Council advertises procurement opportunities on the e-sourcing platform Atamis.
