Scope of works
The Social Landlord Service within GYBC is seeking a provider to deliver a money and debt advice service for their housing tenants/residents for two years from 1st September 2026. This includes reviewing and support with initial benefit and debt assessments for potential entitlement, supporting tenants through the claims process, and where the residents need support. The focus of the service is to be a supportive debt management service to triage, prioritise debt advice, and assist with maintaining rent payments for reducing arrears. Early and timely support and interventions, encouraging payment ethos and mitigating arrears are crucial to preventing escalation and evictions. The provider will have its own premises, data system and accessible meeting place. Further details are included in Section C: Specification
