Scope of works
The Kemnal Academies Trust has awarded contracts for the supply of Cleaning Services under the YPO Dynamic Purchasing System 879 Building in Use - Support Services, Lot 2 Cleaning and Caretaking. The procurement was split into four Lots; Lot 1 Smarden Primary School, Lot 2 Portfield Primary Academy, Lot 3 Debden Park High School and Lot 4 King Harold Business & Enterprise Academy. The contract start dates are as follows: Lot 1 - 1st July 2026 Lot 2 - 1st December 2026 Lot 3 - 14th August 2026 Lot 4 - 1st July 2026 All run to 30th June 2029 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years to 30th June 2031.
