The works feature the installation of a chiller package (2 modules) at roof level of the Grand Theatre, Swansea. The installation shall be split over several floors within the building. Upper Roof Level Second Floor First Floor Installation of chiller and associated services Replacement of AHU cooling coil pipework and valve arrangements Installation of buffer vessel, pumps etc.
