Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is seeking to deliver a Flood Protection Scheme to the Fairmeadow Underpass, along the River Medway, in Maidstone, to provide avoidance of future flooding to this area and adjacent area along the A229. This scheme has been designed to manage future flood risk and to protect local residential and commercial buildings in the area.
