Scope of works

Support the transition from Changing Futures to the Live Well Enhanced Offer; ensuring that the 50% of funding for delivery is allocated to VCSE partners, the VCSE sector has an equal say in the strategic direction of the work, and that we are able to work collaborate across VCSE and statutory services to evidence the impact of systems change goals. • Strengthen VCSE partnership in Oldham- 25% of contract • Develop methods for measuring Systems Change- 50% of contracted time • Ensure VCSE sector is equal partners in strategic conversations- 25% of contracted time
