Scope of works
This is a maintenance contract for Electroencephalography (EEG) equipment located at Morriston Hospital and Princess of Wales Hospital within Swansea Bay University Health Board. EEG systems are used to monitor and record electrical activity in the brain, supporting the diagnosis and management of neurological conditions such as epilepsy, sleep disorders, and other brain function abnormalities. Ongoing maintenance of the EEG equipment is essential to ensure accurate and reliable diagnostic results, minimise the risk of equipment failure, and maintain continuity of clinical services. Regular servicing supports patient safety and ensures the equipment remains fit for purpose within a critical diagnostic pathway.
