The programme for 2026/27 comprises 6 houses and 17 entrance porches with flat roofs over 25 years old to ensure compliance with Decent Homes Standard. The works also include upgrading insulation to current standards. Contract sum is £124,550.00. Commencement date is 31 July 2026 and completion date is due to be 31 March 2026
