Winter Maintenance Operational Review

Scope of works

Winter maintenance is a critical highway operational service which supports the Council's ability to manage highway safety, network resilience and access to key services during adverse winter weather. The contract directly supports this essential service by commissioning an independent operational review of Dudley's winter maintenance arrangements, including gritting routes, grit bin provision, public/member engagement, operational deliverability and winter service documentation.
