Scope of works
Dudley’s approach to the HAF has been one of collaboration, in terms of delivering the national vision with local focus, and delivery has placed engagement with voluntary and community organisations and wider sectors at its heart. This has been to ensure the outputs required of the programme from the Department for Education (DfE) for HAF are achieved. The purpose of this contract is to appoint a Lead Delivery Partner to coordinate the HAF programme, administer grants, ensure compliance, and maximise outcomes, quality and reach.
