To undertaker take a study review of MOD Space Standards and an overarching study report on options for PFI across the MOD estat.e. This Recapitalisation Plan will set the plan for investment (MOD and private funding) and disinvestment in the MOD estate over the next 10 years and a strategic direction out to c.2050.
