Scope of works
The LTC requires support to help deliver our varied videography and photography programme. The Agency will be responsible for end-to-end creation of engaging and compelling visual content and might include the following as required: Videography Managing the planning, filming, and post-production of video content for use in different ways ranging from b-roll for media to activity to share on social media. It may include: • Project progress videos • Construction activity and milestone documentation • Executive interviews and stakeholder testimonials • Community engagement content • Drone videography for aerial perspectives. • Timelapse of construction work • Delivery of content in agreed format within pre-agreed timeframes, which may include quick delivery to support media or social media activity Photography Professional photography of key project activities, events, and personnel, in a variety of styles for use in different ways ranging from abstract images and portraits to be used in publications, to capturing construction activity and events to give to media. It may include: • Construction milestones and activity • Construction and corporate personnel • Official ceremonies and staff events and site visits • Environmental and sustainability features and landscapes • The Strategic Road Network • Delivery of edited high-resolution and web-ready images within agreed timescales that may include immediate use to support media or social media activity.
