The council is looking for one service provider to undertake the following works to the councils Housing stock Quality audits of gas servicing systems and associated processes.Quality audits of individual boiler installations.Review and auditing of leaseholder gas servicing records and certification to ensure statutory compliance.Quality audits of district heating plant, boiler rooms, and energy centres Audit of inspections, certification, and maintenance recordsQuality audits of Legionella risk assessments and testing regimes for cold water services and associated plantInternal systems auditing to ensure compliance with current legislation, regulations, and industry standards.Work-in-progress (WIP) quality control auditing to monitor installation quality and adherence to specifications.Management of documentation via Southwark Portal
