The execution of mandatory works and services by statutory undertakers This notice is to accept the quote from Virgin Media for the diversion of their apparatus at the junction of Yarm Back Lane/Darlington Back Lane Junction in preparation for the forthcoming highway works to construct a traffic signalised junction. An order is required in a timely manner to ensure works can potentially be undertaken during the summer holidays when traffic flows are expected to be lighter.
