Scope of works
The London Borough of Harrow has entered into a contract with iChoosr Ltd to facilitate and promote the Switch Together group buying scheme for domestic solar photovoltaic (PV) installations. The scheme enables residents to access competitively priced solar installation services through a collective purchasing model. Installers are sourced through a competitive process managed by iChoosr and are appropriately accredited to deliver the services. Participation in the scheme is voluntary, with residents entering into contracts directly with appointed installers. The Council's role is limited to promoting the scheme and encouraging participation. The initiative supports the Council's environmental objectives by helping residents access renewable energy solutions and contributing to local carbon reduction ambitions.
