Scope of works
Small Sum Lending Pilot - Evaluation design and delivery, including Theory of Change . We are seeking a provider to: • Design a proportionate and practical monitoring, evaluation and reporting framework, supported by a clearly articulated Theory of Change, that enables: • Measurement and tracking of the above Small Sum Lending Pilot objectives including any behavioural and financial wellbeing outcomes that are surfaced through the Theory of Change workstream • Understanding economic impact of the pilot on consumers and the overall lending provision of small sum loans by mainstream lenders (eg cheaper cost of credit) -Consistent measurement of outcomes across multiple delivery partners1 - Generation of learning about what works, for whom and under what circumstances -Generation of actionable insights to inform programme development and future learnings
