Scope of works

Overlaying of existing asphalt roof coverings to all roof areas. Installation of new PIR insulation and 3 ply bitumen roofing system. Installation of cold applied liquid system where required. Removal of old rooflights and installation of new rooflights. Removal of patent glazing, deck infill and installation of new rooflights. Removal of glazed lantern and deck infill. Installation of new AC units.
