Scope of works
Incommunities is seeking to appoint one or more suppliers to provide internal communal cleaning and external window cleaning services across its low and medium-rise new-build, acquired residential accommodation, and sheltered schemes located throughout West and North Yorkshire. The successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver a high-quality, reliable and consistent service across the identified properties, including any additional properties that may be acquired or developed during the term of the contract.
