Scope of works
A strategic partner in Culture Consultancy to be able to bring their expertise and experience in items such as Culture or Behavioural Change and Transformation Programmes. Areas of work to be included but not limited to: * Leadership Accountability and Behavioural Change * Psychological Safety, Speak-Up Culture and Ethical Environment * Leveraging Existing Insight and Activity * Frontline, Postmaster and Stakeholder Engagement * Culture, Behaviour and Organisational Integration * Measurement, Reporting and Delivery Partnership * Alignment with Inquiry Recommendations, Green Paper and Regulatory Expectations * Governance, Capability Building and Transformation Alignment The services will be called off as and when required. Value is up to £2m ex vat
