Provision of OSINT Screening for the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS)

Scope of works

BlueLight Commercial (Tendering Authority) on behalf of The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (Contracting Authority) (together the Authorities) issued a Further Competition to award a Call-Off Contract for the Provision of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Social Medial Screening Capabilities. This Further Competition was conducted under the Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Software for Social Media Screening Framework Reference BLC0288. The Metropolitan Police are looking to purchase Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) software to conduct open source checks. The Open Source Analysis will need to conduct comprehensive and automated open-source searching for adverse activity over any time frame retained by the source, using identifying application information provided by users. The Contract Term will be for a period of 3 years with two x 12 month optional extensions.
