To develop and run an inclusive community cycling hub for residents, expected to benefit a wide spectrum of individuals, including: • Disabled residents • Children and adults with special educational needs (SEN) • Recipients of adult social care • Rehabilitation patients • Elderly residents • Individuals living with Alzheimer's • People needing cardiac fitness support • Those requiring mental health support
