Help enable our target of achieving and maintaining 100% of stock condition surveys. Support the planning and delivery of investment programmes. Be scalable, secure, and user-friendly for both technical and non-technical users. Enable whole stock and individual property reporting with ease. Offer innovation and efficiencies in regards to processes and integration. Summary of Key Essential requirements. Full requirement details are listed within the Technical Specification Document at Appendix A The system must be cloud based and offer Microsoft Azure authentication. All data must be stored and processed within the UK or a country aligned to UK GDPR guidelines. The supplier must comply with recognised security standards such as Cyber Essentials.
