Scope of works
Bernicia is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver responsive electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and associated works across its housing stock and communal areas. The contract will ensure that all electrical installations remain safe, compliant and operational, whilst providing a high-quality, customer-focused service that delivers value for money and supports Bernicia's commitment to maintaining safe, sustainable homes. The successful contractor will be expected to undertake works in accordance with all current electrical regulations and industry best practice, achieve agreed performance standards, minimise disruption to customers, and work collaboratively between Bernicia and our general repairs contractor in Berwick to drive continuous improvement, social value outcomes and environmental sustainability throughout the contract term.
