Scope of works
Central Bedfordshire Council has awarded a contract for the provision of a fully managed programme for the installation, maintenance and repair of doors, door entry systems and assisted living equipment across its housing stock. The Contractor will deliver planned and responsive maintenance services, ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
