Scope of works

Dudley MBC requires ongoing access to safe and compliant working at height solutions to deliver essential repairs and maintenance across the Council’s housing stock. As the Council does not have any in‑house expertise for the erection and dismantling of access equipment and scaffolding, this service is essential to ensure works can be undertaken safely and in full compliance with statutory obligations, including the Working at Height Regulations (2005), the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), and the CDM Regulations (2015).
