Scope of works
The procurement of these services will be subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is planning to commission and procure countywide Stop Smoking and Falls Prevention services and is undertaking a process. The Council wishes to update the market that, due to unforeseen delays, the previously indicated publication date of 1 September 2026 has not been achievable. Subject to final approvals, the procurement opportunity is now expected to be published on or around 1 October 2026. A provider event is provisionally scheduled for Thursday 8 October 2026, from 13:30 to 15:00, and will provide an opportunity for interested organisations to learn more about the service requirements and procurement process.
