Lots include: • Lot 1 - Lift Servicing • Lot 2 - Lightning Protection • Lot 3 - Ventilation and Air Conditioning • Lot 4a - Maintenance, Inspection and Repairs of Automatic Door, Gate & Barrier Systems • Lot 4b - Maintenance, Inspection and Repairs of Roller Shutters & Appliance Bay Doors • Lot 5 - Building Management Systems (BMS) Servicing contract • Lot 6 - Boilers, Controls and General Plumbing (Incl. TMV Servicing & Shower Head Cleaning) • Lot 7 - Fixed Wiring, and Electrical Response • Lot 8 - Portable Appliance Testing • Lot 9 - Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and Fire Prevention Equipment (VESDA Systems, Fire Dampers, Sprinkler Systems & Smoke Vents) • Lot 10a - Access Controls and CCTV (incl. ANPR) • Lot 10b - Intruder Alarms and Remote Monitoring • Lot 11 - General Maintenance - Small Remedial Building Works • Lot 12 - Servicing and Repairs of Kitchen Equipment at School Kitchens and Corporate Properties (incl.
