Scope of works

Herefordshire Council is seeking to purchase / appoint a service provider for a multi-discipline service to prioritise, plan, coordinate and manage the delivery of its planned programme for the county's local authority maintained schools plus any emergency/contingency works (unplanned maintenance) that may arise. The total contract value is based on consultants % fee based on estimated total construction/works value of £3m
