Scope of works
Transport for London on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking to procure a Third Party Resident Support (TPRS) service to support delivery of the Warm Homes Local Grant (WHLG) programme. The TPRS service will provide independent, resident facing support throughout the retrofit journey, with a focus on: Engaging eligible residents and supporting onboarding into the scheme Providing tailored advice and case management fr vulnerable households Supporting residents through installation, disruption, and post works stages Reducing dropout rates and improving resident experience and outcomes The procurement will be structured into four (4) geographical scopes, with the intention of awarding up to four (4) separate contracts, subject to the outcome of the procurement process. An open competition under the light touch regime (PA23) is recommended to procure the services.
