Scope of works

NHS SEL ICB (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") sought to procure Bromley Out of Hours Primary Care Home Visiting (OOHPCHV) services ("the Services") via a Competitive Process in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (as amended) (PSR). This is a PSR Confirmation of Abandonment Notice. For avoidance of doubt the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
