Void Property Energy Management (Concession contract), Kingston Upon Hull

Scope of works

Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed Energy Angels Group Ltd to deliver a Void Energy Management Service for Hull City Council’s void properties. The contract commencement date is 1st July 2026 ending by 30th June 2029 with an option to extend for further 24 months. The contract is a concession contract so there are no funding requirements (Energy Angels Group Ltd provide a free, independent service to registered social landlords) the anticipated 3 year contract value to the Supplier is estimated at £173,700 based on an estimated £50 supplier commission per void property. The value is dependent on yearly void figures.
