Public Mental Wellbeing Programme - Community Bereavement Support Service for Children, Young People and Families (Lot 1)

Scope of works

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council recently conducted a procurement exercise for the provision of bereavement support services as part of its Public Mental Wellbeing Programme. The requirement was divided into two lots: Lot 1, Community Bereavement Support Service for Children, Young People and Families; and Lot 2, Community Bereavement Support Service for Adults. Lot 1 has been awarded to the supplier that submitted the Most Advantageous Tender following evaluation in accordance with the published award criteria. Lot 2 was not awarded, as no submitted tenders met the minimum quality threshold requirements specified within the procurement documentation.
