Beam Notes: A specialist tool for caseworkers that turns conversations, documents and video into detailed assessments and reports Beam Talk: An AI-powered virtual assistant tool that manages contact from residents or clients to collect information and triage effectively. Beam Interpret: A real-time translation tool to facilitate immediate multi-language communication between staff and clients. Access to the Beam software tools, including: Access to bespoke templates built, as required, by the organisation Customer support Access to all Beam Notes audio transcription and summarisation features, including file upload Access to all Beam Interpret features (upon request of the Customer and agreed in writing) Access to all Beam Talk features (upon request of the Customer and agreed in writing) Required training and onboarding for all users User guides and resources for the Customer to provide to new users Access to the Beam Notes Manager View dashboard
