direct award via ESPO 664-25 Consultancy Services framework (2024/S 000-025244) Lot 6b (strategic IT) Archiving of financial data from the period 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2024 from FHDC's previous financial management system. To achieve the successful implementation of the New Finance/Asset Management System, FHDC require additional support to: o complete data extract for five years of data; o store documents on FHDC's remote desktop/server; and o ensure GL extracts will then be utilised by TechnologyOne's ETL tool to transform the data to the required format and loaded into TechnologyOne archive ledger. NB: award decision made 17 April 2026. Call-off contract fully executed 13 August 2026.
