Scope of works
This is an award notice only and not a call to competition after completion of a competitive exercise using the Government Commercial Agency Framework RM6232 Lot 2b Hard Facilities Management (contract value of £1.5m to £10m per annum) which includes 27 hard FM suppliers. The award is to Integral UK Ltd for a potential value of approximately £32M over a total of 7 years (5+2yrs) excluding VAT. The contract will begin on 1st October 2026 for Hard Facilities management services at the UKAEA Culham campus covering planned, preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance. Culham is host to the biggest UKAEA campus that accounts for majority of buildings, assets and overall area that needs to be maintained. It is a 24/7, 365 operational site that is multi-tenanted, with a total of 40 commercial tenant organisations. The contract will be split into Hard FM, Risk allowance for asset review and Low value projects/billable works.
