Provision of a cloud-based School Budget Software solution and associated support services for The County of Herefordshire District Council and its maintained schools. The system supports school budget planning, financial forecasting, salary modelling, scenario planning and statutory financial reporting. The contract was awarded via the G-Cloud 14 Framework (RM1557.14), Lot 2 Cloud Software, to Access UK Ltd. The contract commenced on 26 April 2026 for an initial term of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months. This is an award notice and the procurement process has concluded. Applications are no longer being accepted.
