Scope of works
Provision of consultancy support to assist the Council with the development and delivery of its heat network projects. The services will provide specialist advice and support across a range of activities, responding to the requirements and emerging findings of the individual heat network projects. The contract has been awarded by direct award under RM6309 Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4).
