Scope of works
Ofgem require a supplier to provide a fully managed, cloud-based telephony and communications platform, delivering voice services, unified communications, contact centre functionality, reporting, and administration tools through a single integrated solution. The contract includes software licences and will support the retention and transfer of telephone numbers. The supplier will also provide service management, maintenance, support, and access to a self-service administration portal to allow it to manage users, call flows, routing, and configuration settings.
