Scope of works

Together Housing Association Limited (THA) has appointed the Active Fire: Sprinkler Design Supply and Installation Contract 2026 - 2029 (ext 2031) via EN Procure Installation, Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance Framework Ref 2024/S 000-033141 lot 24 for the provision of: • Design of compliant fire sprinkler systems. • Supply of all materials and components. • Installation of new systems. • Retrofitting of sprinkler systems where required. • Testing, commissioning, certification, and handover documentation. All works must be undertaken in accordance with applicable legislation, standards and client requirements.
