To commission a contractor to supply liquid fuels, including diesel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and hydrotreated vegetable oil following on from a compliant process via the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) framework - Liquid Fuels Framework- Ref: 301-26: Lot 25 - Essex . Additional information: Direct award via the (ESPO) framework - Liquid Fuels Framework- Ref: 301-26: Lot 25 - Essex Contract term 5th October 2026 to 30th September 2028 with the option of 2 x 1 year extensions until 30th September 2030
