Scope of works
This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on:\r • Accrington Road/ Audley Road, Blackburn\r • Bay Street, Blackburn\r • Brunswick Street, Blackburn\r • Canterbury Street, Blackburn\r • Culshaw Street, Blackburn\r • Galligreaves Street, Blackburn\r • Grizedale Avenue, Blackburn\r • Harrison Street, Blackburn\r • Hope Terrace, Blackburn\r • Livesey Branch Road, Blackburn\r • Newington Avenue, Blackburn\r • Pickering Fold, Blackburn\r • Preston New Road, Blackburn\r • Preston Old Road, Blackburn\r • Primrose Bank Blackburn\r • St Heliers Close, Blackburn\r • St Marys Close, Blackburn\r • Tower Road, Blackburn\r \r And will encompass the following works:\r • Carriageway inlay resurfacing;\r • Reconstruction of speed tables/humps\r • Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork;\r • Replacement of road markings;\r • Replacement of pedestrian delineation studs;\r • Installation of traffic signal detector loops\r • Liaison with stakeholders and the public;\r • Traffic management.
