Scope of works
Software as a service Contract Modification: This modification extends the existing SAP SuccessFactors contract from 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2027. The revised total estimated contract value following all approved modifications is £6,572,962 million (ex VAT). The extension is necessary to maintain continuity of HR services pending migration to the Unity CES solution and is made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
