Request for Bid(Open-Tender) — Western Cape — Laingsburg Municipality hereby invites interested persons and entities to submit bids for the purchase of twenty-seven (27) vacant municipal erven situated within the Laingsburg municipal area. The erven are located in Nuwe-Dorp, Göldnerville, Acacia, and Matjiesfontein and comprise predominantly Single Residential Zone 1 erven, with two properties zoned Business Zone 1. The erven have been identified for disposal in accordance with the applicable legislative and municipal policy framework.
