Scope of works
Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a full range of creative services, including media strategy services, to plan, develop and implement an advertising campaign, as described in the RFP’s Statement of Work in Annex Statement of Work. Note: this requirement includes the issuance of initial contracts for live pitch presentations as part of the procurement process. Only suppliers pre-qualified under Supply Arrangement EN361-230050, Category A are eligible to access the solicitation and submit a bid.
