Project P175011 — Turkey Climate Smart and Competitive Agricultural Growth Project (TUCSAP) · Method: Request for Bids · Goods · For Goods Purchases Invitation to Tender (Single Envelope Tender Process) 1. The Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has secured financing from the World Bank through the Turkish Ministry of Treasury and Finance to cover the expenses of the Turkey Climate Smart and Competitive Agricultural Growth Project. A portion of this financing will be used for the contract under the "Procurement of a GPU-Based Server System within the Scope of TUCSAP 1.2 TOB Digital Model Remote Sensing Activities" project, aimed at improving the Ministry's information systems. 2. The General Directorate of Information Technologies invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the procurement of the materials listed below. The tender will be conducted using a national competitive bidding method via a Request for Bid (RFB) as outlined in the World Bank’s November 2020 “Procurement Arrangements for IPF Borrowers” document, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Purchasing Regulations. 4. Interested parties may submit bids as specified in the tender documents. Bids will be evaluated, and the tender will be awarded to the bidder whose bid is deemed to be the lowest, more consistent with the tender documents, and who meets the specified qualification requirements. 5. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from the General Directorate of Information Technology and may review the tender documents at the address below during working hours (09:00 – 18:00). 6. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the following address on or before 21.10.2026 at 14:00 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids will be valid for 90 days from the submission deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 14:30 on 21.10.2026 at the same address, in the presence of representatives of the Bidders who wish to attend. 7. The Tender Security amount accompanying the bids shall not be less than 2% of the total bid price. The provisional guarantee will be valid for 28 days after the end of the bid validity period.
