The BILIM Project is supported by the World Bank through the Program-for-Results (PforR) financing instrument. The Project also includes technical assistance financed under Investment Project Financing (IPF) to support its implementation. The Project aims to improve the quality of education, strengthen students’ foundational knowledge and skills, and create an enabling learning environment in schools. The Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (“the Purchaser”) invites Quotations from eligible Service Providers for the provision of above titled non-consulting services . The Purchaser intends to apply funds from the World Bank (WB) for eligible payments under the Contract resulting from this Request for Quotation .
