The Project is budgeted at and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for the Training of Teachers and Staff of HEIs in Digital Skills. The referred Project has the following objectives: (i) to improve the quality of student preparation to increase the total number of enrollments and expand opportunities for more equitable access; (ii) to improve the quality and alignment of curricula with the labor market and instruction in priority training areas; and (iii) to improve governance and management of the education sector. The consulting services ("the Services") include in an integrated and sequential manner, all activities necessary for operationalizing the National Strategy for Digital Skills Development in higher education, ensuring technical rigor, institutional participation, adaptation to the Angolan context, and long-term sustainability.
