Bu projenin altnda Ordu linde Bolaman Nehri Havzas Rehabilitasyon Projesi ve Yozgat, Sivas, Tokat ve Çorum lleri snrlarnda kalan Çekerek nehri Havzas Rehabilitasyon Projesi uygulanmaktadr. Projenin amac, Dou Karadeniz ve ç Anadolu bölgelerinde yer alan Bolaman ve Çekerek nehri havzalarndaki krsal toplum için entegre peyzaj yönetimini güçlendirmek ve gelimi geçim frsatlarna ve dayankl altyap hizmetlerine eriimi artrmaktr. Proje kapsamnda, gerekli satn alma ve proje uygulamas ile ilgili faaliyetleri yürütmek, gerekli koordinasyonu salamak ve OGM ve dier Uygulayc Kurululara danmanlk salamak üzere Ankara’da OGM’ de yerleik Proje Koordinasyon Birimi için bir Satn Alma Uzman istihdam edilecektir. Satn Alma uzman, Çekerek Bölgesel Destek Ekibindeki Satn Alma Uzman ile yakn i birlii içerisinde çalarak satn alma süreci boyunca Uygulayc Kurulularn, Çekerek Bölgesel Destek Ekibinin ve Uygulayc Kurulularn il/bölge müdürlüklerindeki Bölgesel Uygulama Birimlerinin satn alma yönetimine ilikin hizmetlerine destek verecektir.
