No de DON : IDA N° E207 N° de référence : TD-CHAD-RFSP-541713-CS-QCBS Le Gouvernement de la République du Tchad a reçu un financement sous forme de don de l’Association Internationale de Développement (IDA) pour la mise en œuvre du Projet de Développement Territorial et de Résilience au Tchad (RESITCHAD), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant de ce don pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat suivant : « Recrutement d’une ONG nationale pour l’accompagnement social des investissements et le renforcement des capacités communautaires dans la zone Est du projet RESITCHAD ». Le consultant assurera notamment les prestations suivantes : Accompagner socialement les bénéficiaires pour garantir l'appropriation des investissements, Renforcer les capacités techniques et organisationnelles des acteurs communautaires et locaux, Structurer et formaliser les mécanismes de gestion pour assurer la pérennisation des acquis, Mettre en place un système de monitoring pour garantir la durabilité des impacts.
